Twitter Tracker: New Year, Same Great Tweets
Happy New Year, Shorebirds fans!
While we all are still shaking off the rust and slowly getting back into a groove at work or school, our players are not having the same problem on social media. Many 'Birds have clued fans into their holiday happenings and how they are preparing for the 2016 season. Here are a few of our staff's favorites from the past few weeks.

One fun part of the holiday season is getting the chance to wearing festive apparel that is socially unacceptable for the other 11 months of the year. While most prefer to keep it to the traditional "ugly" sweater, others like to take their fashion to the next level. Words won't do justice to the suit Dylan Rheault (2014) rocked this Christmas.
Hey @OppoSuits, this one's on the house. #Marketing101 pic.twitter.com/oEfqzQnm1q

Guess we know what he'll be wearing for Christmas in July.

Others took time at Christmas to show their appreciation for friends and family on social media, resulting in an "awwww" overload.
These two have my heart, love spending time with them!! Best feeling in the world to hear them say "I love you" pic.twitter.com/xNEf5JcDBI

While we've lucked out weather-wise for the last few months, the cold finally moved in. On one dreary day, Chance Sisco (2014) showed his longing for sunny days on the course.

It's always to interesting to track what projects players tackle during their downtime in the winter. The always vocal Zeke McGranahan (2015), for example, was proud to show off his cooking skills.
And on cue, Conor Bierfeldt (2015) was there to let him know that he wasn't impressed.

Meanwhile, L.J. Hoes (2009) was learning that making a return to the Orioles is a lot of work.
I have been moving nonstop for 3 weeks straight

We feel for ya, buddy.

Finally, Thusday, Jan. 7 marked National Bobblehead Day. Our bobbleheads from throughout the years decided to have an impromptu party on the dugout.

Our parent club, the Baltimore Orioles, put out a tremendous video to mark the occasion. Make sure to take a second and check it out.
Even the bobbleheads stay busy in the offseason. #OpeningDay will be here before you know it! #NationalBobbleheadDay https://t.co/oc7i0s2LKX
