Lake County Captains Individual Game Tickets on Sale March 19

One-Day Only Free T-Shirt Offer and Opening Week Ticket Packages Available

(Eastlake, OH) - The Lake County Captains, the class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, have announced that individual game tickets for the 2016 season will go on sale on Saturday, March 19 at 9 AM only in-person at the Classic Park Box Office. Activities for the day will include inflatable pop-a-shot on the concourse, March College Basketball coverage, special ticket promotions, hourly prize drawings and food and drink for those in attendance! The Captains new on-field host, George Phillips, and Skipper will also be in attendance to greet attendees.

The Captains will be offering a special, one-day only, ticket package during the event. Fans can purchase a package for only $10 that includes a ticket to Opening Day, Thursday, April 7, and a ticket to the first fireworks show of the season on Friday, April 8!  

Another one-day exclusive being offered on March 19, includes a free basketball-themed T-shirt for fans who purchase four, full-priced tickets to any game during the Captains regular season.

Season Ticket Holders picking up their season ticket package on this day will receive an exclusive Captains Season Ticket Holder T-Shirt.

Another tie-in to the basketball themes is the first 32 fans that purchase either the Opening Weekend Package or the four full-price ticket package will be entered into the Captains bracket contest. Fans will be randomly assigned one of the 32 remaining teams in the March Basketball tournament. The fan with the eventual Champion will win a Captains VIP Fan Experience for a 2016 game to be determined. The Captains will track the bracket's progress on social media, so be sure to follow or like the Captains on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Complimentary coffee and donuts will be served in the Officer's Club from 9-11 AM and hot dogs will be served from 11 AM- 1PM.

Opening Day at Classic Park is Thursday, April 7 at 6:30 PM as the Captains welcome the Fort Wayne TinCaps.

Tickets will be available on a single game basis online and the box office will open starting Monday March 21 at 9 AM.
