Craig Phillips
Craig is entering his second season with the Asheville Tourists and his fourth season with Professional Sports Catering; he previously worked two seasons with the Montgomery Biscuits as the Concessions Manager and with the Birmingham Barons in 2009. Craig got his start in food service working for the City of Troy in Alabama managing their six concession stands and overseeing the Little League World Series concessions operation in 2005.
Craig graduated from Troy University in December 2008 with a degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing. Craig lives in Fletcher, NC with his wife Erin and their three dogs, Chaco, Baylor and 85. While not at the ballpark Craig spends most of his time golfing, hiking, kayaking, biking or rock climbing.
After a great season last year we are looking to have an even better season in year two. More new food items are being introduced this year, hope you enjoy them! Look for Craig on the concourse and stop to say "Hi!" Go Tourists!
