Round Rock Express Unveil Fan Giveaways for 2016 Season
ROUND ROCK, Texas - Fans visiting Dell Diamond this season will have ample opportunities to pick up some one-of-a-kind swag as the team announced their promotional giveaways Wednesday. From bobbleheads in honor of no hitters and top hits to round rocks and more, the Express' promotional giveaway schedule is jam-packed!
The giveaways begin right off the bat with a 2016 schedule magnet, presented by Budweiser, on Opening Day (April 15) and an Express cap, presented by Nyle Maxwell Family of Dealerships, the following evening (April 16).
Fans can take home a replica version of the namesake for the "Sports Capital of Texas" on April 30 as Dell presents a replica version of the historic Round Rock. A Nolan Ryan bobblehead, presented by Whataburger will be given away on May 28, commemorating his historic 7th no-hitter.
Dell Diamond is a place you'll dearly love to be on July 14 as fans will receive a George Strait bobblehead, presented by the Sanders Family. Continuing the Texas Legends tradition that began with last year with Willie Nelson, we'll celebrate the career of the "King of Country," George Strait.
As the Express transform into the Round Rock FireAnts on July 21 as part of What Could Have Been Night, fans will receive FireAnts rally towels, presented by RockSports. Dell Diamond goes green on July 28 thanks to H-E-B with a reusable grocery bag giveaway.
The Express will celebrate the career of Roy Oswalt during Alumni Weekend, giving away a replica of the righty pitcher's 2016 Express Hall of Fame plaque on July 30. Go back to school in style on August 7 with a backpack giveaway for all kids 12 and under, presented by A+ Federal Credit Union.
Fans will receive a 2016 Team Photo (May 12), baseball cards (June 30), and a Spike toothbrush holder for kids presented by GattiLand (June 26).
