Z's open Grapefruit League play March 17th

Zephyrs to play nine spring games against Memphis and Las Vegas

The New Orleans Zephyrs will play nine spring training games prior to breaking camp, beginning Thursday, March 17 against the Las Vegas 51s.

The Z's will face their Roger Dean Stadium co-tenants, the Memphis Redbirds, five times during the Grapefruit League schedule. The other four contests will be against the 51s, including trips to the New York Mets' spring home in St. Lucie on March 26 and March 29.

Saturday, March 26: Las Vegas 51s (St. Lucie, Fla.)
Sunday, March 27: Memphis Redbirds (Jupiter, Fla.)
Tuesday, March 29: Las Vegas 51s (St. Lucie, Fla.)
Wednesday, March 30: Memphis Redbirds (Jupiter, Fla.)

The Z's break camp for New Orleans on Sunday, April 3 and open the 2016 Pacific Coast League campaign in Omaha on Thursday, April 7 under manager Arnie Beyeler.
