Legends Fan Fest set for THIS SATURDAY at 10am!
Fan Fest marks the first day that tickets to individual games will be on sale. In addition, those who have purchased season ticket packages may pick up their tickets. There will be free tours of the ballpark, including the players' clubhouse, along with a visit from the Legends' "Big L," and fun activities for children. The Legends Clubhouse merchandise store will be open.
Individual game tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. at the Whitaker Bank Ballpark box office, by phone at 859 422-7867 or online at www.lexingtonlegends.com.
The Legends have partnered with Chick-fil-A, Penn Station, Repicci's Italian Ice and Waffle House and will offer free food to anyone who buys individual game tickets at the box office windows or picks up their 2011 season ticket package. A free nacho bar will be offered, and Pepsi, cold beer, and mixed drinks will be available for purchase.
The Legends also are teaming with St. Baldrick's Foundation to fight cancer in children. Hair stylists from Bak 4 More Studio will be at the ballpark to shave heads and raise funds for St. Baldrick's, which supports children's cancer research.
