Super Pack FAQ

 

1. How can fans purchase a Super Pack?
   1. Over the phone at 474-7833 with the ticket office or group sales department (a flyer will be provided).
   2. Online at syracusechiefs.com (the best available Reserved Box seats will be chosen for you). An online processing fee will be added to the price for those purchasing online.
   3. In person at the ticket office.


2. Why is the Super Pack limited to 100 per game?

In order to guarantee each ticket will receive a giveaway, we must limit the amount of Super Packs.

3. How will I get my tickets/giveaway/coupon?
   1. The tickets can be mailed to you, left at the Will Call window at the NBT Bank Stadium ticket office, or picked up in advance during normal office hours. (Note: there will be an additional $2 charge for mailing USPS.)
   2. The following vouchers will be included with the tickets:
      1. One Food Voucher good for: 4 hot dogs, 4 medium sodas & a tub of popcorn
      2. One Merchandise Voucher for the discount offered that day (please visit website for more information)
         1. Exception - Jersey giveaways will receive 4 $5-off coupons
      3. One Giveaway Voucher good for up to 4 giveaways for that game
4. How do I redeem my giveaway voucher?
   1. Go directly to the Guest Services desk behind home plate to redeem your giveaway voucher for up to four giveaways for that game. Do not pick up a giveaway at the gate when you enter.
   2. You are guaranteed to receive four giveaways for that game with your voucher, even if all guests do not attend
      1. i.e. Mom is sick the day of the game and does not come with you, Dad and two kids can still receive all four giveaways
5. Can the merchandise coupon be used on any day?

The merchandise coupon can be used on or after the date of the game, while supplies last!

6. Can the food voucher be used on any day?

The food voucher can be used on or after the date of the game.

7. Can I redeem my vouchers at different times?
   1. All vouchers must be redeemed at one time.
      1. If you want one hot dog, you must redeem your full voucher and get all four hot dogs, all four sodas and the tub of popcorn or less simultaneously.
      2. You must pick up all giveaways at the same time.
      3. Merchandise coupons are good for one time only use.

8. If I buy these pieces separately, what would it cost?
   1. If pieces are purchased separately: $80
   2. When purchasing a Super Pack: $55 (savings of $25; 31% savings)
   3. Children, senior and military discounts do not apply with this package.

9. Can I use my flex plan or unused season tickets for a Super Pack

No, flex plans and unused season tickets cannot be used to purchase a Super Pack.

10. What if I have more than 4 people?
    1. Additional tickets can be purchased to accompany a Super Pack for only $13.75 one (1) reserved box ticket, one (1) giveaway, and one (1) voucher good for (1) Hofmann hot dog, one (1) medium soda and one (1) box of popcorn.
    2. This additional ticket can only be purchased in addition to a Super Pack - it cannot be purchased separately.

11.  Are the jerseys for the jersey giveaways different sizes?
    1. No, the giveaway jersey is one size (Adult).
    2. There is a youth jersey giveaway on Little League Appreciation Night (June 4^th).

12.  What if the game gets rained out?
    1. Tickets & vouchers can be used for any other regular-season home game during the 2016 season. Tickets must be exchanged at the ticket office for a ticket of equal value for that day.
    2. Guaranteed giveaways can be redeemed at the Guest Services desk at a later game.

13.  If I have a child under the age of 2, do they need a ticket?
    1. Children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket to enter NBT Bank Stadium; however, if you would like to guarantee them a seat, you must purchase a ticket (if they are going to sit in your lap, no ticket is needed).
    2. Children under 2 years of age without a ticket will not be guaranteed a giveaway.
