Hector Noesi was signed by the New York Yankees as a non-drafted free agent in 2004. Noesi played for both Florida State League Championship teams, and was named to both FSL mid-season All-Star teams.

In 2009, Noesi began the season playing for the Charleston RiverDogs and then was promoted after pitching in 17 games. He started nine games for the T-Yanks and went 3-0. He pitched 41 and one third innings and finished with a 3.92 ERA. He gave up 34 hits, and 18 earned runs.

Noesi began the 2010 season with Tampa and started eight games. Noesi had a highlight game on April 29th 2010 when he struck out 13 batters and only gave up two hits in six innings of work. He totaled 43 innings pitched, struck out 53 batters, gave up 35 hits, and 14 runs (13 earned). His win-loss record was 5-2, and he kept a 2.72 ERA. Noesi was promoted to the Double-A Trenton Thunder for 17 games, and then progressed to Triple-A for the remainder of the season.

Noesi was a key element to Tampa's Championships and we look forward to watching his success in the upcoming season.
