Hens exec to join New York Yankees front office!

March 17, 2011

Scott started working for the Toledo Mud Hens as an intern in January of 1993 while finishing up his degree at the University of Michigan. He did a little of everything back in those days. He was heavily involved in establishing the Mud Hens team website, developing an online merchandise store, and he even played the organ on some nights at Ned Skeldon Stadium.

He worked his up within the organization, eventually becoming an assistant general manager, a post he has held for the last decade.

Next week, Scott will begin a new chapter in his career, working in the front office for the New York Yankees! The boy from Great Neck, Long Island will be heading home.

Scott has had a tremendous impact on the Mud Hens and Walleye organizations, and the Toledo community.

We'll miss you, Scott!
