Blue Wahoos Announce Travel Roster
PENSACOLA, Fla., - The Pensacola Blue Wahoos players and coaches are arriving to Pensacola on Sunday evening eager to start the 2016 season. The 2016 travel roster is now available and includes 11 previous Blue Wahoos players including OF Phillip Ervin, RHP Sal Romano, INF Ray Chang and OF Donald Lutz.
Also returning to Pensacola is OF Beau Amaral, RHP Barrett Astin, RHP Carlos Gonzalez, RHP Kyle McMyne, RHP Jimmy Moran, LHP Wandy Peralta and INF Zach Vincej.
10 members of the 2015 team return to Pensacola while 11 players are looking to make their Double-A debuts with the Blue Wahoos: RHP David Chacin, INF Calten Daal, OF Sebastian Elizalde, LHP Amir Garrett, C Joe Hudson, RHP Evan Mitchell, RHP El'Hajj Muhammad, LHP Nick Routt, RHP Jackson Stephens, RHP Nick Travieso and C Chad Wallach.
The travel roster includes 14 pitchers, two catchers, six infielders and five outfielders.
