Honda Blue Jays Super Camp coming to Vancouver!

Roberto Alomar to headline June 27-29 camp for kids aged 8-14
March 25, 2011
(Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium - Vancouver, BC) - The Vancouver Canadians in conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Academy and Baseball Canada is proud to announce that Vancouver will be the first stop in this year's HONDA Super Camps.

The three-day HONDA Super Camp set for Vancouver between June 27th and June 29th will bring local children (aged 8-14) together here at Scotiabank Field with several former Toronto Blue Jays.

What's even more exciting?

Your child could learn the game of baseball this summer from Hall of Fame infielder Roberto Alomar! Alomar will be joined by three other former Jays including closer Duane Ward, outfielder Lloyd Moseby and two-time World Series Champion Ed Sprague!

In addition to the former Blue Jays, members of Canada's National Baseball Program will also be on hand to help in developing your child's ability.

"We wear the Maple Leaf proudly. As we did with the Winter Tour we want bring the game of baseball to all Canadians and reaching out to the youth of this country is an important step in that process. The significant commitment from our alumni is representative of the dedication we have to Amateur Baseball," states Paul Beeston, President and CEO of the Toronto Blue Jays.

This camp will be three days in length and run from 8am-1pm each day. Each participant will receive top level instruction in all aspects of the game from Blue Jays and Baseball Canada alumni instructors for only $150 per child.

Registration is now open, so click here to register your child today.
