Homestand Highlights: April 11-14

All About Kids Day, Wiener Wednesday & Thirsty Thursday on tap

The Storm Chasers' 5th Anniversary Season at Werner Park continues as they start the second half of their first homestand on Monday evening with a four-game series against the Round Rock Express, the Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers. Among the exciting promotions planned at the ballpark are Chasers Charities All About Kids Day and the first Five Dollar Day on Tuesday, Weiner Wednesday and Bark in the Park, and Thirsty Thursday.

 

FIVE DOLLAR DAY / CHASERS CHARITIES ALL ABOUT KIDS DAY -

Tuesday April 12 at 11:05 a.m.

Schools from all around the Omaha Metro will descend on Werner Park with Chasers Charities All About Kids Day, providing a fun day at the ballpark with a kid-centered day at the ballpark. There will also be a 54321 Go pre-game presentation to re-iterate healthy eating habits. It's also the first Five Dollar Day at Werner Park, which means fans will be able to purchase nachos, cheese and a Pepsi fountain drink together for only $5.

WIENER WEDNESDAY / BARK IN THE PARK - Wednesday April 13 at 6:35 p.m.

The extremely popular Wiener Wednesdays return for the first time in 2016, with full-size Hebrew National Hot Dogs available for only 25 cents each! Every dog also has its day at Werner Park on Bark in the Park Night, with canines welcome to join their owners out on the McDonald's Berm for a fun evening of baseball.

THIRSTY THURSDAY - Thursday April 14 at 6:35 p.m.

Celebrate the upcoming weekend and the completion of the Storm Chasers' first homestand with Thirsty Thursday. The night will feature $2 Bud and Bud Light cans available, in addition to $2 drafts. Pepsi fountain products will also be available for only $1.
