Adam Warren was drafted by the New York Yankees in the 4th round of the 2009 MLB June Amateur Draft. Warren started the 2010 season with the Tampa Yankees before being promoted to the Double-A Trenton Thunder.

Warren started 15 games for the T-Yanks, and ended with a 7-5 win/loss record. In 81 innings pitched, Warren struck out 67 batters and walked 17, and ended his time in Tampa with a 2.22 ERA. Warren's impressive numbers were good enough to get him voted to the FSL Mid-Season All Star team.

In Double-A, Warren started ten games and pitched 54 and one third innings. He had a 4-2 win/loss record, 59 strikeouts, and finished with a 3.15 ERA. He was named pitcher of the week in August when he pitched 18 and two third innings, striking out 37 batters, walking two and maintaining a low 0.96 ERA.

Warren hopes to continue to impress the Yankees coaches this Spring Training as he performs against more proven talent with the New York Yankees and the Grape Fruit League.
