GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- The Louisville Bats (AAA-Reds) snapped the Sounds' four-game spring win streak on Tuesday afternoon, handing Nashville a 6-2 defeat at Goodyear Development Complex.

Brett Carroll (3-for-3) provided the offense for the Sounds, bopping a homer and scoring twice. No other Nashville player recorded more than one hit on the afternoon. Chris Nowak drove in the second Sounds run.

Top Brewers prospect Mark Rogers gave up three runs on three hits and five walks in five innings of work, tossing 74 pitches. Mike McClendon (2.0 IP, 1 R), Justin James (1.0 IP, 1 R), and Zack Segovia (1.0 scoreless IP) all worked in relief for the Sounds.
