Fernando Aguirre's Beer Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients
- 10 tomatillos
- Two cloves of garlic
- Two serrano peppers
- 8 oz. beer of your choice
- 3 1/2 oz of Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Quick boil the 10 tomatillos and two cloves of garlic
Blend the first four ingredients and pour in a salsa dish, add the Parmesan cheese and salt to taste, mix well
