May 5, 2016

The Durham Bulls have announced their 2016 television schedule, in which 50 home games will be broadcast regionally in high definition. Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and Me-TV will televise the team's contests.

Television broadcasts begin May 6-8, continue May 19-22, and pick up again for the four-game series from June 2-5. Beginning on June 20, all remaining 2016 home games will be televised, as fans can watch all televised contests throughout the Carolinas on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel 323, and locally over-the-air on Me-TV Channel 50.2. All regional telecasts will again be produced by Explorer Post 50, a youth-based program now in its 18th season, which provides students ages 14-20 with an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the field of television broadcasting.

Also returning in 2016 is a live stream of the videoboard embedded within the Blue Monster at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Viewable at durhambulls.com, the videoboard stream will provide a second screen experience for broadcast viewers who have the ability to see statistical information, player headshots, between-inning entertainment and live crowd video.
