Zephyr Field to host Catholic League football

Zephyr Field will host the Catholic League Football Series during the 2016 high school football season, bringing eight games to the "Shrine on Airline."

All six members of the New Orleans Catholic League will play at least one game at Zephyr Field, beginning on Friday, September 23 when John Curtis serves as the home team in a game against Brother Martin.

Friday, September 23 (7 PM): Brother Martin at John Curtis
Friday, October 7 (7 PM): Holy Cross at Rummel
Friday, October 14 (7 PM): Brother Martin at Holy Cross
Friday, October 21 (7 PM): Holy Cross at John Curtis
Saturday, October 22 (4 PM): Archbishop Shaw at Jesuit
Friday, October 28 (7 PM): St. Augustine at Holy Cross
Thursday, November 3 (7:30 PM): Archbishop Shaw at John Curtis
Friday, November 4 (7 PM): Jesuit at Brother Martin

The football configuration will stretch end zone-to-end zone from the left field wall to the first base line. Hospitality areas, including luxury suites and the Metairie Bank Home Run Porch in left field, will be available for rental.
