Intimidators, Tourists rained out Friday
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (May 20, 2016) - The Kannapolis Intimidators and Asheville Tourists have been rained out on Friday night at McCormick Field. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader of two 7-inning games on Saturday at 5:05 p.m. This is the first rainout the Intimidators have faced this season.
Kannapolis is expected to send RHP Luis Martinez (1-4, 4.89 ERA) to the mound against Asheville's RHP Try Killian (3-2, 5.05 ERA) in the first game while Intimidators RHP Chris Comito (0-3, 8.59 ERA) is scheduled to face Tourists' LHP Dylan Craig (1-1, 5.65 ERA) in the second game.
The Intimidators return home on Thursday, May 26, to open a seven-game home stand starting with Motorsports Night where the team will be giving away two pairs of tickets to the 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
