Bobbleheads, Fireworks, Celebrities, the Whole Works

BELOIT, Wisc.- The Beloit Snappers begin a seven game homestand on Monday, June 13th that consists of three games against the Kane County Cougars and four games against the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. The seven days will be loaded with daily promotions, drink specials, fireworks, a celebrity appearance, a bobblehead give away, and fan batting practice.

The homestand starts with Monster Deal Monday on June 13th. Fans can get two General Admission tickets, two hot dogs, two fountain sodas, two popcorns, and two adjustable hats, all for just $24, thanks to WJVL and WCLO! 12 oz. Miller drafts are just $1.50, courtesy of Miller.

The first Snappers baseball camp will be from 9:00 AM until noon on both Tuesday, June 15th and Wednesday, June 16th. You can sign up your child to learn the game from Snappers players and coaches. The cost of the camp is $55 and that includes a t-shirt and lunch on both days. Call (608) 362-2272 for more details.

Tuesday's game is $2 Tuesday, courtesy of Advia Credit Union. General Admission tickets, hot dogs, brats, slices of pizza, 12 oz. draft Miller products, and fountain soft drinks can all be purchased for just $2!

Suds and Spuds will be back on Wednesday! The featured brewery on the left field deck is Finch's Brewery out of Chicago, Illinois. Fans over 21 will be able to enjoy unlimited samples of Finch's Hardcore Chimera Double IPA, Auld Codger Scotch Ale, Sobek and Set American Black Ale, Dock Worker Dark English Mild, Chimera IPA, and Secret Stache Stout for just $15. Custom gourmet baked potatoes will also be available for purchase on the left field deck from Vince's Gourmet Hotdogs and Spuds.

In honor of our 35th season, fans can also get general admission tickets for just $3.50 every Wednesday home game this season.

Thursday is "Insured" Win night and Thirsty Thursday. If the Snappers don't win, you can bring your ticket stub back and get a free ticket to another Thursday home game! Eric Oslund, American Family Insurance "insures" that you will see a Snappers victory on a Thursday night home game. Also, fans over 21 can enjoy a 32 oz. draft Miller product in our 35th Anniversary Souvenir Cup for just $7, courtesy of Suds O'Hanahan's Irish Pub!

One lucky fan each Friday home game will win a new 40-inch flat screen TV, in partnership with Best Buy! Fans can enter to win at the Grommes Millwork Fan Services Booth in the Main Concourse. (drawing will take place during the game, must be present to win, must be 18 or older to enter, limit one entry per person.)

Our second fireworks show of the year will be on Saturday, June 18th and set to a party song theme in honor of Snappy's 21st birthday, courtesy of Rock Energy Cooperative. Some of Snappy's mascot friends will be at Pohlman Field to celebrate with him.

On Saturday, 12 oz. drafts of Snappy Ale will be available at the main concession stand for just $3. On the left field deck, you can help Snappy celebrate his 21st in true college fashion by playing water pong. For $3, four fans over the age of 21 can play a five minute game of water pong. Both people on the team that makes the most cups at the end of the five minutes will receive a free 12 oz. draft of Miller Lite or Miller High Life.

Chase Crawford will be throwing out the first pitch on Saturday, June 18th. Crawford is an actor who is in the area shooting a movie. He currently plays the role of "Goat Boy" on MTV's "Goat" that stars Nick Jonas and James Franco. He will be signing autographs and interacting with fans in the concourse during the game.

The homestand ends with a bang as early arrivals will receive a Brian Dozier Bobblehead doll, thanks to TruGreen. Fans over 21 can enjoy $2 bottles of Leinenkugel's. Kids will be able to run the bases and play catch in the outfield after the game. For Father's Day, we will also be hosting batting practice on the field after the game, as well. Those who are interested can purchase a ticket that is good for 10 pitches for just $10.
