Jam-packed homestand includes N64 Night, Chris Paul appearance

The second half of the 2016 season begins with a jam-packed homestand at BB&T Ballpark this Thursday through Sunday. The Dash entertain the Wilmington Blue Rocks, and there are special promotions for every game.

Thursday, June 23: Dash vs. Wilmington Blue Rocks - 7 p.m.
Friday, June 24: Dash vs. Wilmington Blue Rocks - 7 p.m.
Saturday, June 25: Dash vs. Wilmington Blue Rocks - 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, June 26: Dash vs. Wilmington Blue Rocks - 2 p.m.

CHRIS PAUL TO APPEAR FRIDAY: NBA All-Star and former Wake Forest All-American Chris Paul will appear at BB&T Ballpark this Friday. The first 1,500 fans who attend this 7 p.m. game against Wilmington will receive a mini ball, co-branded with the logos of the Dash and Paul's official charity--the Chris Paul Family Foundation. FIREWORKS FRIDAY: Enjoy a spectacular fireworks show following this Friday night contest, presented by NC By Train.

NINTENDO 64 NIGHT: The Dash will honor Nintendo 64, one of the most popular gaming systems of all time, with several promotions and activities during their 7 p.m. game Thursday at BB&T Ballpark. Fans will be able to play the iconic system on the concourse throughout the game! All of the exciting promotions are detailed here.

ANOTHER THIRSTY THURSDAY: Not only will fans enjoy plenty of Nintendo 64-themed promotions, but it's a Lowes Foods Thirsty Thursday, with select beers just $1 through the seventh inning.

DANNY GOKEY CONCERT: Following the Dash's 4 p.m. game Saturday, fans will enjoy a concert by former American Idol finalist Danny Gokey. A special ticket package is available, and the full rundown is available here.

KIDS RUN THE BASES: Kids can run the bases after the Dash's games on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Kids Run the Bases is presented by Fleet Feet.

FAMILY SUNDAY: Hot dogs and sodas are available for just $1 until the end of the first inning on Sunday afternoon, and a couple of Dash players will be on the concourse to sign autographs before the game! Lowes Foods is the proud partner of Family Sunday.

ABOUT THE BLUE ROCKS: Wilmington finished the first half with the league's worst record (27-42). Manager Jamie Quirk did lead the Carolina League All-Stars to a 6-4 victory over the California League on Tuesday. The Blue Rocks are affiliated with the defending World Champion Kansas City Royals.

BROADCAST INFORMATION: My 48 (WMYV-TV) will televise Sunday's game against Wilmington live, while 600 AM-WSJS will carry Thursday's contest.
