"Hacksaw" Jim Duggan to Visit Parkview Field on July 7

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - WWE Hall of Fame Wrestler "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan will visit Parkview Field for Pro Wrestling Night on July 7 when the TinCaps host the South Bend Cubs (Chicago Cubs) at 7:05 p.m.

Duggan, 62, made his professional wrestling debut in 1979, won the first-ever Royal Rumble match in 1988, claimed a United States Heavyweight Championship in 1994 and returned to WWE in 2005 before being inducted into the Hall of Fame in April 2011.

Duggan will sign autographs before the game and throw out a ceremonial first pitch.

Like all Thursdays at Parkview Field, July 7 is a Thirsty Thursday™, presented by Rudy's. Following the game, there will be a fireworks display.
