Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Champ Joey Chesnut Highlights Gluttony Night

World Champion Eater to appear at annual Baseballtown tradition

Joey Chesnut will bring his famous appetite with him on Tuesday, July 26th for the Fightins annual Gluttony Night promotion on behalf of Yuengling's Ice Cream.

Gluttony Night features All-You-Can-Eat at the concession stands from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for just $11 and gets you all-you-can-eat access to hot dogs, french fries, Yuengling's Ice Cream, soda, pizza, and funnel cake. Those with Gluttony Night access will also get access to the 16th Annual Chili Festival & 9th Annual Wing Festival featuring free chili and wings from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fans can purchase tickets at Fightins.com/Tickets.

Wing fest participants include Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Backwood Brothers Authentic Texas Cuisine, Blind Hartman's Tavern, Brewers, Island Pizza, Just Wing It, Klingers on Carsonia, K'Town Pub, PJ Whelihan's, Spunktown Tavern, Wibs Wings, and Basin Street Hotel.

Chili festival participating restaurants includes Backwood Brothers Authentic Texas Cuisine, Blind Hartman's TavernBrewersIsland Pizza, K'Town Pub, Spunktown Tavern, The Samler Tap House, and Klinger's on Carsonia. 

In addition to the all-you-can-eat food at the Fightins concession stands, Gluttony Night participants will receive acccess to tables from Yuengling's Ice Cream, Pepsi, Herr Foods, Berks Packing, Moe's Southwest Grill, Tom Sturgis Pretzels, and Gourmand Food Truck

Currently ranked second in the world by Major League Eating, Chestnut is coming off another victory in the annual July Fourth hot dog earing contest at Nathan's Famous in Coney Island. He downed 70 hot dogs--the most ever eaten in the competition--to win the competition after losing the title in 2015.

He shocked the world in 2007 when he won the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest to dethrone Takeru Kobayashi. He went on to win the July 4th contest the next seven years for a total of eight straight victories. Among the foods he holds world records for are steak (4.5 pounds, plus sides, in 8 minutes, 52 seconds), hot dogs (69 in 10 minutes), and bratwursts (70 in 10 minutes). 

Chestnut will be on hand to for a free autograph session at their game date as well as an exclusive pre-game VIP Meet-and-Greet.
