Ghostbusters Night Welcomes Barons Back

Saturday's Jersey Auction Starts Five Game Set vs Jacksonville

BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Birmingham Barons return to Regions Field Saturday evening for the first of five games against the Jacksonville Suns.

Saturday July 9 starts the series with a 6:30 p.m. first pitch, as the Barons will don custom Ghostbusters themed jerseys that will be auctioned to benefit Camp Smile-A-Mile. Artist Patrick Giles will be on hand to draw custom pieces of artwork for fans, and the Alabama Ghostbusters will be available for photo opportunities throughout the game.


Salute to Armed Forces Sunday continues the series, with a scheduled 3:00 p.m. first pitch at Regions Field July 10. Once again, fans that display Military ID can receive two dollars off the regular price of a ticket thanks to NAPA.

YP Monday presented by YP.com continues the series between the Barons and the Suns Monday, July 11, with a 7:05 p.m. first pitch.

50-cent Hot Dog Night presented by Kayem, Flowers Baking Co., Birmingham Zoo, MINI of Birmingham, WIAT 42, and O'Charley's returns to Regions Field for the penultimate game of the series July 12, and is slated for a 7:05 p.m. first pitch. The Barons will host a Social Media Night theme with a variety of great prizes up for grabs via in-game contests, as well as "Church Night" at the ballpark.

AAA Wednesday presented by AAA of Alabama rounds out the series against the Suns with a 7:05 p.m. first pitch. AAA members; show your AAA card at the box office and save!
