Support the 'Mystery Ball Sale' on Saturday, July 30
It's a great secret we want you to share with everyone at Fifth Third Field! Score an autographed baseball and support a great cause at the same time, as the Toledo Mud Hens will hold its annual 'Mystery Ball Sale' on Saturday, July 30.
Autographed baseballs will be placed in plain, brown bags and sold for $20 each. Once you open up it up, you will see who has signed your ball! The 'Mystery Ball Sale' will include balls signed by current and former Mud Hens players, current and former Detroit Tigers players and others.
Mystery balls for sale will include six current MLB players:
- Matt Boyd, Detroit Tigers
- Michael Fulmer, Detroit Tigers
- Dustin Molleken, Detroit Tigers
- Bruce Rondon, Detroit Tigers
- Lucas Harrell, Texas Rangers
- Bobby Wilson, Texas Rangers
- Mike Hessman, retired Mud Hen, Minor League Baseball All-Time Home Run King
- 2005 Mud Hens Team ball - Governors' Cup Champs
- Jamie Farr, native Toledoan, played Corporal Maxwell Klinger on the TV Show MASH
Purchase a mystery ball on the main concourse. Proceeds benefit the Miracle League of Northwest Ohio and Helping Hens Charities. The Miracle League of Northwest Ohio is an organization whose mission is for all children to have a chance to play baseball.
