Star Wars Night, 2 Fireworks Shows, Weekly Promotions

BELOIT, Wisc- The Snappers open a seven game homestand starting on July, 30 with a four-game series against the Quad Cities River Bandits.

The homestand starts with a bang as there will be a Star Wars themed fireworks show on Saturday, courtesy of Christofferson Moving and Storage. Fans can also come out to the park and meet their favorite Star Wars characters.

On Sunday, fans can get 12 oz. Leinie's bottles for just $2. The promotions continue with 2-for-1 BOGO Day presented by Stateline news, Janesville Messenger and Walworth County Shopper. Fans can look in those publications to retrieve their BOGO coupon for reserved-seat tickets to Sunday home games. There is a limit of two free tickets per coupon. The coupon will be in Wednesday's edition of the Stateline News, Janesville Messenger, and Walworth County Shopper.

It doesn't stop there as it will be Mercy Health System's Kids Day, presented by Mercy Health System. Kids 12 and under can run the bases after the game. Fans of all ages can play catch in right field after the game.

The last great promotion on Sunday is the Team Photo Giveaway. Early arrivals at Pohlman Field will get a 2016 Beloit Snappers team photo, courtesy of Village Green East Apartments.

Monster Deal Monday is back to start the week, courtesy of WCLO and WJVL. Fans can get two general admission tickets, two hot dogs, two fountain sodas, two popcorns and two adjustable hats all for just $24. Fans 21 and older can get 12 oz. Miller drafts for only $1.50.

The series against the River Bandits concludes with Two Dollar Tuesday, presented by Advia Credit Union. Fans can get general admission tickets, hot dogs, brats, slices of pizza, 12 oz. draft Miller products and fountain sodas, all for just $2.

Beloit opens a three game series against the Kane County Cougars on Wednesday, Aug. 3. Another awesome promotion will be Suds and Spuds. The featured brewery on the left field deck will be Sam Adam's. Fans over 21 can enjoy unlimited samples of great beers from Sam Adams on the left field deck for just $15. Also, on the left field deck there will be custom gourmet baked potatoes available for purchase from Vince's Gourmet Hotdogs and Spuds. Wednesday is also Wonderful Wednesday. The first 350 fans can get general admission tickets for just $3.50.

The promotions just keep getting bigger as the Snappers will have "Insured" victory night on Thursday courtesy of Eric Oslund of American Family Insurance. If the Snappers don't win, fans can bring their ticket sub to the Snappers front office and get a free ticket to another Thursday home game.

The Snappers will be hosting one more youth camp on Wednesday, August 3rd and Thursday, August 4th from 9:00 AM to Noon. Those interested can sign up for lessons and drills from Snappers players and coaches for $55 per child. When signing up ask about the Culver's Kids Club discount.

The always popular Thirsty Thursday will be back, courtesy of Suds O'Hanahan's Irish Pub. Fans 21 and older can enjoy a 32 oz. draft Miller product in a Snappers souvenir cup for just $7.

The homestand ends on Friday, August 5th with a bang as fans will have a chance to take in a Hawaiian themed fireworks show, courtesy of West Bend Mutual, Senz Insurance, and Monahan and Johnson Law Firm. Fans are encouraged to wear their favorite Hawaiian and beach gear to get a $5 General Admission ticket.

Flat Screen Friday is back to close out the seven game homestand. One lucky fan will win a new 40-inch flat screen TV courtesy of Best Buy. The drawing will take place during the game and the winner must be present to win. You must be 18 or older to win and a limit of one entry per person.
