WIOG Lizard Fair Is Back for Third Year

MIDLAND, MI - On Tuesday, May 24, 102.5 WIOG announced that the 2011 Lizard Fair concert will take place at Dow Diamond Sunday, August 7. Entertainment acts Jay Sean and Flo Rida will be the event's headline acts. Big Time Rush and Runner Runner will also perform.

The event marks the third consecutive year Lizard Fair will be held at Dow Diamond in Midland.

Tickets for the WIOG Lizard Fair start at $20 for general admission bowl seats. Reserved floor seats are $35, and a select number of Ultimate Fan Packages will be available for $102.50. All tickets include a $2 surcharge.

Tickets will go on sale for the first time on June 11 from 10 a.m. until 1p.m. at the Dow Diamond ticket office, and all day at Loons.com and WIOG.com. Ultimate Fan Packages will be available for purchase in person at Dow Diamond at 10 a.m. and will be available for purchase online beginning at 11 a.m. Listen to 102.5 WIOG or visit WIOG.com for further details.

After June 11, tickets will continue to be available at Loons.com, WIOG.com and the Dow Diamond ticket office.

Gates open for the concert at 4pm on August 7. The concert is scheduled to start at 6pm.

A portion of the concert proceeds will benefit the Tri Cities' Child Abuse and Neglect Councils.
