Hy-Vee, Storm Chasers Partner on Merchandise Deal

OMAHA, Neb. - Thanks to a new partnership, Omaha-area Hy-Vee supermarkets are the exclusive grocery retailer of Omaha Storm Chasers merchandise, the team announced today. Metro-area Hy-Vee stores will carry select merchandise that can also be found at Storm Front gift shop at Werner Park.

In addition to the merchandise agreement, the newly-named Hy-Vee Pavilion down the right field line at Werner Park will serve as a party area for groups as large as 150. This area hosts events for groups who want to enjoy all the amenities of Werner Park in a private setting, with a multitude of catered food and drink options available.

Hy-Vee also presents the Kid of the Game, a chance for a local youngster to deliver the lineup card at home plate alongside Storm Chasers manager Mike Jirschele. Beginning June 25, Hy-Vee's charitable partner JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) will give Omaha-area children this exclusive opportunity while supporting a great cause.
