Hawks 2011 Baseball Camp

BOISE, ID- The Boise Hawks will host their 2011 Baseball Camp sponsored by Qwest on July 6 from 8a-12p and July 7 from 8a-1p at Memorial Stadium; 5600 N. Glenwood St. Boise, Idaho 83714. The camp features two days of exclusive instruction by Boise Hawks players and coaches.

For $80 each child will receive: instruction from the Boise Hawks, lunch with the Hawks both days, a commemorative t-shirt, two tickets to the July 7 game, a certificate of completion, and an autograph session with the Hawks.

Fans can also enter the Qwest "Dream Team Promotion" at the Qwest kiosk in the Boise Towne Square Mall, to have a chance to win up to 12 free admissions for their team to the 2011 Boise Hawks Baseball Camp. The youth baseball team with the most entries in the contest will receive up to 12 free admissions into the 2011 Boise Hawks Baseball camp. The winning team will be selected on June 23, 2011.

The Hawks began Northwest League play as an independent club from 1987-89. The team was affiliated with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim from 1990-2000 and have been with the Chicago Cubs since 2001.
