SOUTH BEND, IN - The Chicago Cubs are World Series Champions. To celebrate, the city of Chicago will honor the club with a parade and pep rally on Friday, November 4. For fans in the Michiana area, they can be a part of the celebration by watching the festivities on the video board at Four Winds Field.
"Cubs fans around the world are celebrating this World Series Championship," said Team President Joe Hart. "It may be difficult to get to Chicago on short notice and with all the traffic on the interstate, so we decided to bring the celebration to the fans in Michiana and host a pep rally of our own at Four Winds Field."
Gates to Four Winds Field will open at 10:30 a.m. ET. The celebration is scheduled to start at 11:00 a.m. ET. The parade will begin at Wrigley Field and end with a pep rally at Grant Park. MLB Network and CSN Chicago will have full coverage of the festivities.
