June 22, 2011
Davenport, Iowa-Pitchers Josh Smith and Daniel Corcino and first baseman Dominic D'Anna represented the Dayton Dragons in the Midwest League All-Star Game on Tuesday night, playing for the East Division All-Stars in Davenport, Iowa.

The East Division lost to the West, 8-3. Nino Leyja of Burlington hit a two-run in the sixth inning and the West scored four runs in the bottom of the eighth to take a commanding lead on the way to the win.

D'Anna entered the game as a pinch hitter in the top of the eighth inning and flied out to left field in his only at-bat of the game.
