Ryan Sanders Sports Services Adds Jimmy Clay-Roy Kizer Golf Course to Portfolio
Austin, TX - Ryan Sanders Sports Services (RS3) has expanded its ever-growing Central Texas portfolio to add Austin's Jimmy Clay-Roy Kizer municipal golf course to its list of clients. The locally owned and operated company will handle food and beverage operations at the city-owned facility located in Southeast Austin.

"Clay-Kizer has served Austin proudly for over 40 years and we look forward to delivering a new degree of value and variety to a place that has meant just that to generations of golfers."
RS3 is currently operating out of the 19th hole bar and grille located where the Roy Kizer and Jimmy Clay courses converge. The company has plans to start a complete renovation of the facility in January, ultimately featuring a brand-new, full-service pub style restaurant and bar that plays off the history of the game. Full details of the renovation and new concept will be announced after the New Year.
The revamped menu will feature signature RS3 food and beverage items including an authentic black and blue burger, grilled cheese wrapped hot dog, loaded baked potato nachos, pineapple mimosas and a lavish build-your-own bloody mary bar complete with 12-18 customizable additions from bacon to peppers to shrimp.
The Jimmy Clay Golf Course was constructed and opened in 1974. It became part of a 36-hole complex with the addition of the Roy Kizer Golf Course in 1994.
RS3 currently operates the food and beverage operations at five other area facilities, including the 360 Amphitheater and Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Dell Diamond and United Heritage Center in Round Rock and the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park.
