P-Nats Announce Host of Front Office Promotions
Woodbridge, VA---Potomac Nationals Team President, Lani Silber Weiss, announced today the promotion of five members of the club's executive front office staff.
The P-Nats have named Arthur Bouvier as Assistant General Manager, which supplements his role as Director of Stadium Operations and Merchandise Manager. Bouvier will also be tasked with executing corporate partnerships, managing gameday and non-gameday Pfitzner Stadium events, and leading the P-Nats' internship program.
Longtime Potomac Nationals Director of Graphic Design, Alexis Deegan, will now be Potomac's Director of Graphic Design and Video Production, as well as the team's Social Media Content Manager.
Nikki Gonzales, who served as a Corporate Sales Intern in 2016 has been hired to serve as Corporate Sales Executive and Corporate Partnership Fulfillment Manager.
Alec Manriquez, who operated as a seasonal Box Office Manager this past season, will now fill the role of Group Sales Executive.
Mike Weisman, who worked as the Broadcasting and Media Relations Manager for the 2016 season while calling the live play-by-play of all 140 regular season and postseason P-Nats games on the Potomac Nationals Baseball Network has been promoted to the title of Director of Media Relations and Broadcasting, and has also been named a Corporate Sales Executive. Weisman will continue to be the "Voice of the Potomac Nationals" throughout the 2017 season.
Chris Bentivegna, the "Face of the Potomac Nationals Ticket Office" who was promoted to Director of Ticket Operations status early in the 2016 season, will remain in that role during the 2017 campaign.
Weiss confirmed the quintet of P-Nats' front office promotions are effective immediately.

Bouvier, who joined the P-Nats through the "Hire-A-Vet" program in 2013, began as an all-utility manager, troubleshooting in all aspects of stadium operations that season. A native of Cape Cod, MA, Bouvier served as an Army Sergeant and worked as a contractor in Afghanistan within the intelligence community.
The longest tenured member of the P-Nats' Creative Services department, Deegan will continue her unique graphic design work while coordinating all video production tasks. She will take on the additional responsibilities of Social Media Content Management. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011, Deegan has been in the Potomac front office since 2012.
Gonzales, a native of Glendale, Arizona and graduate of the University of Oregon, forayed into Minor League Baseball for the first time in 2016 serving in an internship capacity, and is now a critical part of Potomac's corporate sales team. Gonzales' time in Eugene, OR yielded a degree in Psychology.
Manriquez graduated from George Mason University (VA) in 2016 with a degree in Sport Management. Originally from Newport News, VA, Manriquez has a wide array of professional experience, from work on a joint Army/Air Force base in Fort Eustis, VA to working for GMU at the nZone in Chantilly, VA. Manriquez used his experience working with P-Nats' season ticket holders, group outing leaders, and The Red, White, and Blue faithful as a whole during his time in the P-Nats Ticket Office last season to prepare for a successful 2017 campaign.
Hired initially as the P-Nats' "number two broadcaster" and thrust into the role of Broadcasting and Media Relations Manager early in the 2016 season following Holland's appointment to the General Manager level, Weisman has been elevated to a full-time position in preparation for the upcoming season. In 2017, the Marblehead, MA native will enter his fourth season in Minor League Baseball in addition to four years working in various roles in the Athletics Department at the University of Miami (FL).

Potomac Nationals Opening Day 2017 at Pfitzner Stadium is scheduled for Thursday, April 13th as the P-Nats host the Wilmington Blue Rocks (Kansas City Royals).
