Aces starter Gaby Hernandez (2-1) was pinned with the loss, surrendering five runs on three hits with six walks over five innings of work. At the plate for Reno, Brandon Allen collected a pair of doubles and drove in two. Cody Ransom homered for the second-straight night, his 20th of the season.

Starter Rich Harden-pitching on a Major League Rehabilitation Assignment from Oakland-surrendered three runs on three hits with six strikeouts over 4.2 innings.
