San Jose Giants Announce 2017 Home Game Times
San Jose, CA- The San Jose Giants have announced all home game times in anticipation of the 2017 season. First pitch for the Giants home opener will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 13 at Municipal Stadium against the Stockton Ports. The 2017 San Jose Giants home schedule is headlined by games at Municipal Stadium on Mother's Day (May 14, 1:00 PM), Memorial Day (May 29, 2:00 PM), Father's Day (June 18, 1:00 PM) and Independence Day (July 4, 6:30 PM).
Companies will have several great opportunities to bring their staffs and clients to Municipal Stadium with the San Jose Giants hosting nine weekday afternoon games in 2017. Additionally, the Giants' Sunday games will begin at 1:00 PM through June and then switch to evening start times in July and August. The 2017 season will also feature two 11:30 AM games on April 20 and May 3 for local schools to take part in Education Days at the ballpark.
The San Jose Giants full 2017 promotional schedule will be released in the coming months, but the 70 home game schedule is anticipated to include the return of fan favorite theme nights such as Star WarsTM Night, Breast Cancer Awareness Night, A Giant Luau and the San Jose Giant Race, while other new events are also expected. Next season will also include festivities celebrating the franchise's Diamond Season of 30 years of affiliation with the San Francisco Giants and 75 years of baseball played at Municipal Stadium.
