Wood Ducks Begin Taking Applications for Seasonal Jobs
Kinston, North Carolina- The Down East Wood Ducks announced earlier today that they will begin taking applications for seasonal jobs immediately. The jobs they will be hiring include: Ticket Seller, Ticket Attendant, Usher, Customer Service Representatives, Concourse Attendant, Grounds Crew Member, Parking Attendant, and Bat Boy. It is expected that over 60 people will be hired to fill the roles and the plan is to wrap up the majority of the hiring by January 14th.
The application process takes place online so anyone interested in applying needs to visit www.teamworkonline.com and look for the "Job title or Team Name" box on the front page. You will enter Down East Wood Ducks and see a listing of jobs and can then fill out the application. Once the application is completed and submitted, a representative from the Down East Wood Ducks will follow up with you for an initial phone interview.

Class A-Advanced affiliate of the Texas Rangers, the Down East Wood Ducks enter their inaugural campaign, playing all home games at Grainger Stadium in Kinston, North Carolina. Before moving to North Carolina, the Rangers' High-A California League affiliate had been located in High Desert, CA for the past two seasons after four years in the Carolina League at Myrtle Beach, SC from 2011-2014. The Down East franchise marks the return of professional baseball in Kinston for the first time since 2011. A multi-year renovation project is planned for Grainger Stadium, the home of the Wood Ducks.
