Satin Tabbed Player of the Week

Josh Satin has been in Triple-A for just 10 days but that was plenty of time to earn some honors. The Triple-A rookie hit in every game last week to collect the title of National Fuel For Thought Bisons Player of the Week for July 25-31.

Satin joined the Bisons on July 22 and hasn't stopped hitting since. He hit in every game last week, starting with his first multi-hit performance on July 25 against the Pawtucket Red Sox. He then wore out Yankees' pitching with seven hits in 15 at-bats against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to go along with two RBI and four runs scored.

As the Bisons hit the road, Satin packed his red hot bat. Two more hits in Lehigh Valley over the weekend gave the infielder a .407 (11-27) batting average for the week.
