Media celebs create hot dog masterpieces!

On Sunday, August 28, the Mud Hens will be holding a unique dinner party on the Coop party deck. Fans and local media celebrities will enjoy an all-you-can-eat hot dog buffet with over 30 delicious toppings and equally delicious Koegels' hot dogs.

Joining the fans and creating their own hot dog masterpieces are Chrys Peterson from WTOL TV, Jay Berschback from 13 ABC, Nicole Collier from Fox Toledo, Michael Henrich from WNWO TV, Fred LeFebvre from WSPD radio, Rick and Mary Beth from 101.5 The River, Micki Morgret from WIOT radio, John Wagner from the Toledo Blade, and Tom Cole from BCSN.

The fans at the event will have a chance to vote on their favorite celebrity hot dog recipe and after the votes are tabulated, someone will be crowned as the 'Top Dog of Toledo Media' and has bragging rights as the creator of the most delicious concoction.

Name: "That's Nacho Dog!"

In hot dog bun, assemble ingredients generously in order:

• Crushed taco chips
• Pineapple/habanero salsa
• "Ripper" (deep fried) hot dog
• Chili
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Jalapeno slices
• Sour cream
• Garnish with a taco chip on top--it's like a plate of nachos in a hot dog bun!

Everyone will want to steal your delicious hot dog and you can tell them: "That's Nacho dog...it's mine!"

BCSN - Tom Cole

Name: "Too Cool J J Josie Dog"

• Mustard
• Ketchup
• Diced tomatoes
• Diced onions
• Shredded cheddar cheese

The Too Cool J J Josie Dog ingredients are simple but defined, filling but not overwhelming, hence you should be able to easily eat two "Too Cool Josie Dogs" per every three innings.

• Hot Dog and Bun of course
