Join Union Bank and Everett AquaSox to Celebrate Everett Schools
WHAT: Union Bank will present a $10,620 check to Dan Gunderson, President of the Everett Public Schools Foundation, as part of the bank's "Strikeouts for Schools" program. In 2011, for every strikeout recorded by Everett AquaSox pitchers Union Bank will give $20 to the Everett Public Schools Foundation. Through Monday, Aug. 22, AquaSox pitchers have recorded 531 strikeouts.
Everett AquaSox pitchers Jordan Shipers and Bennett Whitmore, and Mascot Webbly will attend to sign autographs and meet fans.
When: Thursday, August 25 11 a.m. to 12 Noon (autographs) 11:30 a.m. (check presentation)
Where: Union Bank Everett Downtown location, 2831 Colby Avenue.
