Iorg's seven-RBI night bests Pulaski
The Blue Jays retired Iorg in his first two at-bats, but the 22-year-old outfielder cranked a three-run homer to left center field in the fifth inning and repeated the feat in the eighth. He ripped an RBI triple in the seventh. Iorg has seven homers and 33 RBIs in 34 games with Greeneville.
Iorg was Houston's supplemental first-round pick in the 2005 Draft and is the son of former Toronto Blue Jays player Garth Iorg. It was his first two-homer performance, and he has at least two hits in four straight games. His previous career high was four RBIs, on Aug. 22 against Bluefield.
Joshua Flores homered and scored four runs for the Astros.
Ryan Mitchell (3-1) yielded three runs -- two earned -- on five hits while striking out eight and walking two in five innings. Polin Trinidad worked the final two frames for his second save.
Francisco Mateo (1-7) took the loss after surrendering five runs on five hits in four innings. He struck out four and walked four.
Zachary Kalter went 2-for-3 and scored three runs for the Blue Jays.
