River Cats unveil home run terrace

Jackson Rancheria Home Run Terrace marks another significant upgrade

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The River Cats announced today the official unveiling of the Jackson Rancheria Home Run Terrace, a new all-inclusive hospitality venue beyond Raley Field's left field wall. It will be officially opened at a ribbon-cutting ceremony prior to Friday's 7:05 PM game against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox at Raley Field. This all-inclusive area can hold up to 120 fans, includes on-site catering, preferred parking and can be rented on a nightly basis in increments of 60 tickets (additional seating for this area may be available for specific events). With the completion of the construction project, the Raley Field capacity returns to 14,414 as it was prior to its onset.

"The objective of the Jackson Rancheria Home Run Terrace is to provide fans with yet another unique, affordable entertainment option at Raley Field," said Alan Ledford, River Cats president, general manager and COO. "We would like to thank our great partners at Jackson Rancheria Casino and Hotel for sharing our vision for this project and helping to make it a reality."

The Jackson Rancheria Home Run Terrace marks the 4th major renovation of Raley Field in the facility's 7-plus year history. The history of those projects is as follows:

2001
Renovation - details: Covering of Solon Club - enclosed, climate controlled VIP area

2005
Renovation - details: Construction of James Hardie Party Deck - self contained, outdoor group area

2006
Renovation - details: Construction of Sleep Train Sun Shade - structure atop Raley Field roof casting additional shade on the first base side

2007
Renovation - details: Construction of Jackson Rancheria Home Run Terrace - left field patio for groups, corporate events, etc.
