San Jose Giants Artist Tony Lima Fallen Ill
Fans encouraged to send photos and cards to Municipal Stadium artist
SAN JOSE, CA - Every fan that has walked into historic Municipal Stadium has seen the hand-painted murals throughout the ballpark. These murals are a lifetime of work of a local San Jose artist Tony Lima.
The San Jose Giants are sad to inform the community that Tony Lima has been diagnosed with aggressive terminal cancer.
The organization is encouraging our fans to send Tony a note or a picture you've taken in front of his murals to lift his spirits.
Please send your cards and letters either via email to [email protected] or regular mail to San Jose Giants, Attn: Tony Lima, P.O. Box 21727, San Jose, CA 95151 by December 20th so we can deliver these items in time for the holidays.
