NY Blood Center- Blood Drive Jan 26

January 19, 2012
In support of National Blood Donor Month the Hudson Valley Renegades will be partnering with the NY Blood Center as they hold the NY Blood Center Blood Drive on January 26, 2012 at the IBM East Fishkill Donor Center. The blood drive will be held between the hours of 1:00pm-8:00pm in Building #320.

January is the most critical month for blood donations, and as a thank you, the Hudson Valley Renegades will be giving every person who donates blood at the IBM East Fishkill Donor Center on January 26th voucher for a FREE ticket to a 2012 Hudson Valley Renegades home game. Rascal will also be there to greet donors throughout the event.

According to New York Blood Center Vice President Rob Purvis, "Blood drives are being held throughout our service area to ensure an adequate supply. Donors with type O-negative blood, called 'universal donors' because their blood can be transfused into anyone, are especially encouraged to donate now."
