Roster Limit Expanded for 2012
Bisons can now have 25 players active for a game.
The National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues today announced that the active roster limit for teams in the Triple-A and Double-A classifications will be raised to 25 players for the 2012 season.

The Bisons and all teams in the International League had a roster limit of 24 last season. Players on major league injury rehabilitation assignment will continue to not count against a team's roster limit. Injured players on a team's disabled list will also not count against the team's roster limit.
The Bisons must submit their official 2012 Opening Day Roster to the International League by noon EST on Thursday, April 5 before their game against the Pawtucket Red Sox at McCoy Stadium.
