CORPUS CHRISTI - Tickets for the 2012 Kleberg Bank College Classic, sponsored by the Corpus Christi Caller-Times, go on sale Friday at Whataburger Field, through cchooks.com or by calling 361-561-HOOK (4665).

The Hooks and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi host Nebraska, UNLV and Utah in the three-day affair February 24-26. Daily tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 4-12. Three-day packages are $24 and $12.

Baseball America Team Workout Day, free and open to the public, is Thursday the 23rd from 5-9 p.m. The Islanders practice at 5, followed by Utah at 6 and Nebraska at 7:30.
