Scrappers Announce BobbleMadness Promotion

The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are excited to announce the start of Scrappers BobbleMadness, presented by Subway of Niles, which will kick-off on March 13, 2012. Scrappers fans will vote to decide who will be the next bobblehead giveaway at a Scrappers game this summer. The BobbleMadness bracket style promotion will include seven former Scrappers players and the Scrappers mascot, Scrappy. Former players include: CC Sabathia, Jason Kipnis, Tony Sipp, Josh Tomlin, Francisco Lindor, Lonnie Chisenhall and Victor Martinez.

Players will be preranked and matched up for a total of three rounds of competition. Fans can visit mvscrappers.com to cast their votes. Round 1 will run from March 13-18, Round 2 will run from March 21-26 and the final Round will run from March 29-April 3. A winner will be declared following the close of the voting and the bobblehead will be given away at the Saturday, August 18th Scrappers game.
