The Diamond Club offers great place to eat & watch a game!

March 16, 2012
If you are looking for a new way to watch a baseball game or looking for a unique atmosphere to have dinner, look no further than The Diamond Club.

A staple at Storm Stadium, The Diamond Club is a full-service restaurant that overlooks left field and is an experience to be had. It's a chance to have a little more than the regular ballpark food but enjoy America's pastime!

The 5,000 square foot restaurant facility accommodates up to 250 guests and offers a full-service bar. Not only do guests have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food in The Diamond Club, but also the use of the Bypass Lane app on your phone that offers the same great food at your seat! One of the biggest improvements to the menu is the option of gluten-free items.

The gluten-free Ahi Flatbread Salad includes fresh seared ahi tuna with feta, red onion, carrots, tomatoes and mixed greens. The Diamond Club bar will be offering Bard's beer, a completely gluten-free beer.

Headlining the new items this season is the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad infused with grilled chicken, fire roasted red peppers and edamame.

"It has a lot of fresh flavors," commented Executive Chef Steve Bearse. "Then I top it off with a dressing made with fresh lime juice, rice wine vinegar and chili sauce. So it's got a fresh new taste to it."

Along with the salad, Bearse is introducing two new sandwiches to the menu.

The Cal League Tri-Tip Sandwich tops sliced tri-tip with applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and a red ranch sauce. The Shrimp Po-boy includes fried shrimp, lettuce, tomato and a homemade remoulde sauce on French bread. Over at the bar they will now be serving a Serrano chili margarita and the Bacon Bloody Mary, which is served with two strips of bacon.

If you are looking for a cool new place to have dinner with family and friends, come see a Storm game and enjoy it from The Diamond Club!

The new menu will be coming soon!
