Louie Welcomes Kids Club Members

The Bowie Baysox host an exclusive event for members of Louie's Kids Club at a home game each month of the season. All members are invited to take part in fun promotions before, during, and after the games.

Louie's Kids Club is free and easy to join. Fans ages three to 12 can sign up at www.baysox.com or at any Baysox home game. In addition to the fun events, members receive a free gift at a future Baysox game, limit one per child per season. This year's gift is a Baysox drawstring sweatshirt-shaped backpack.

"Not only do we have great events scheduled throughout the season for club members, but we are also giving away a really cool Baysox sweatshirt-shaped backpack," said Baysox Director of Marketing Brandan Kaiser. "Louie is excited to offer great incentives to Kids club members like discounted tickets for each event and other exclusive perks. I hope everyone comes out to visit Louie and have some fun this season."

Louie has invited his favorite Superheroes to the game Saturday, July 21 at 6:35 p.m. Louie wants to see all of his fans to come dressed as their favorite superhero for the game where they will get to meet Superman, Batman, Spiderman and others. Kids club members will receive a kids park book with 6 free Kids Park ride tickets and there are fireworks after the game. Club members and their families may purchase box seat tickets for $11 (regularly $15), or reserved youth seat tickets for $7 (regularly $10) and reserved adult seats for $9 (regularly $12).

The final kids club event of the season is Sunday, August 5, at 6:05 p.m. Louie is hosting an Ice Cream Social that consists of a $13 box seat ticket for all ages and includes a one-hour all-you-can-eat ice cream picnic starting with the 4th inning of the game. Members also receive a ticket book with 6 free ride tickets for the kids park and there will be a fireworks show after the game.

Kids Club members interested in participating in the events must buy their tickets at least 48 hours ahead of time by contacting Kate Milstead at (301) 464-4855. Members are encouraged to attend as many events as they can and anyone interested in becoming member Louie's free Kids Club can visit www.baysox.com or come to any home game. Anyone with questions about the Kids Club should contact Milstead.

Baysox Baseball - We'll Knock Your 'Sox Off. The Baysox open their 20th season at Prince George's Stadium Thursday, April 5 against the Harrisburg Senators at 7:05 p.m. Baysox tickets are now available at www.baysox.com.
