UCONN Baseball Tickets Now On Sale

NORWICH, CT- The Connecticut Tigers, in conjunction with the University of Connecticut, are pleased to announce that tickets to the three UCONN baseball games at Dodd Stadium this season are now on sale at the Dodd Stadium Box Office and online at www.cttigers.com. Individual game tickets are on sale for just five dollars per seat.

The UCONN baseball team will host Rutgers on Saturday, April 21 at 5:00 p.m. and return to the Rose City on Saturday, May 5 for a doubleheader against the University of Cincinnati at 3:00 p.m. followed by a Saturday, May 15 game against Rhode Island at 11:00 a.m.

The Tigers will also be selling tickets to "The Yard" Bar and Grill located behind home plate on the luxury suite level for $15.00. Group discounts will begin at three dollars per ticket for groups of 15 or more. Single luxury suites (20 people) are available for $250 dollars and double luxury suites (40 people) will be offered for $400.00. The Connecticut Tigers are the Class-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and play in the New York-Penn League. The Tigers saw a 23% increase in attendance in 2011 (the 4th highest in Minor League Baseball), and will open their third season at Dodd Stadium on June 20 against the Lowell Spinners, affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.
