Fang's Birthday/Teddy Bear Toss on Aug. 16

We're celebrating a big birthday this month and you're invited!  Fang's birthday will be taking place on August 16, 2007.   For the second year in a row, Fang will have his friends joining him in his birthday celebration.  Approximately 25 mascots will be in attendance for this celebration.

Mascots will take part in a kick ball game, starting at 6:30 PM.  During the game they will be apart of many on-field promotions and will be signing autographs throughout the game.  Following the game, you will have the chance to run the bases with Fang's furry friends.

Along with the birthday there will be a Teddy Bear Toss taking place on the field.  Fans can bring new or gently used Teddy Bears and throw them onto the field during the game.  These Bears will be taken to area hospitals to help brighten children's spirits.
