Bulls Return Home For Ten Games

DURHAM, NC - The Durham Bulls return home from their longest road trip of the season on Friday, beginning a ten game homestand at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The home stretch will include visits from the Indianapolis Indians, Louisville Bats, and Norfolk Tides. Two Friday Night Fireworks shows and two midweek day games highlight the homestand's promotional lineup.

The Bulls return home to Downtown Durham with a bang on Friday, April 27th with a Friday Night Fireworks display following the series opener with the Indy Indians, Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Friday's 7:05pm game is presented by University Kia. Saturday's game, presented by Youth Education for Savings Consortium, and Sunday's game will both feature a 5:05pm first pitch. Immediately following Sunday's game, Kids Run the Bases thanks to Pepsi. On Monday, April 30th the Bulls wrap up their series with Indianapolis in a 1:05pm weekday matinee.

The Louisville Bats, top Cincinnati Reds affiliate, make their first visit of the season at 7:05pm on Tuesday, May 1st. Fans can get 2 Terrace Reserved tickets for $9 every Tuesday home game, thanks to Whole Foods Market. Wednesday, May 2nd will feature the second day game of the homestand and the second Healthy Lifestyles Day of the season. The 11:05am day game is presented by Kohl's Outreach for Healthy Lifestyles.

Fans can take advantage of $1 concession items on Thursday, May 3rd, including Bright Leaf hot dogs, popcorn and fries. Thursday is also the first College Night of 2012, where fans can get a Terrace View ticket and $5 in Bulls Bucks for just $10 or an Outfield Reserved ticket for only $4.99 by entering the promo code COLLEGE when purchasing tickets online at durhambulls.com. In addition, Thursday is BaseBald Night presented by Carolina Brewery. First pitch is at 7:05pm. Durham and Louisville conclude their four-game set with another Friday Night Fireworks show on Friday, May 4th, presented by Guaranteed Rate.

May 4th also marks the start of another Time Warner Cable Weekend, as Scooby-Doo visits the DBAP courtesy of Time Warner Cable. The popular character will appear Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the ballpark, interacting and posing for photos with fans.

On Saturday, May 5, the Norfolk Tides, Baltimore Orioles affiliate, invade the Triangle for a quick two game series. Saturday's 5:05pm game is presented by RE/MAX. The Bulls finish the ten game homestand and series with Norfolk on Sunday, May 6th with a 5:05pm start that will feature postgame Pepsi Kids Run the Bases.
